Our latest commission for BBC Food, ‘How to Cook’, tested our foody credentials to the max. The challenge? To give millennial home cooks confidence with notoriously tricky, yet nationally adored dishes by explaining the why behind recipes, not just the what– and to do all that in multiple social media-friendly formats, against the clock.
We found 5 foodie influencers – Joseph Denison Carey, Benjamina Ebuehi, Seema Pankhania, Edd Kimber and Claire Thomson – and worked with them to test each recipe. Then, we researched, curated, edited, perfected and delivered 20 recipes, 20 articles and no less than 43 films – all in just over three months.
